Party Wall Surveying
The 1996 Party Wall Act requires owners of a property to serve notice on their adjoining neighbours before undertaking certain works in relation to party wall structures, foundations and also boundary walls where applicable.
P J English Associates can provide the expertise required to ensure that all aspects of the intended work are carried out in accordance with the Party Wall Act.
Working as the Surveyor (Party Wall Expert) for either the owner of the building or the neighbouring properties we are, with our industry expertise, in a position to intervene in any possible dispute between the party's and, perhaps even more importantly, ensure that the work is carried out in the correct and proper manner.
