Arbitration
Arbitration is a private law system and can only be implemented if agreed by all the party's involved in a contractual dispute. Arbitration is used instead of Litigation or other forms of ADR.
The flexibility of proceedings gives substantial advantages over the Litigation process.
Furthermore, compared to Litigation, which takes place in a Court under the jurisdiction of a judge, an Arbitration hearing tends to be much faster and therefore, usually, more cost effective.
The tribunal of one or more Arbiters will reach a "binding and final" resolution to a contractual dispute. There is little scope to appeal against an Arbitration ruling.

Spreadsheets will be produced showing the anticipated costs involved. Our client will receive, on a regular basis, updates on expenditure so that the financial aspects of a case can be continually monitored
