During Contract

Contractual & Dispute Resolution
With an emphasis on avoiding disputes arising by our early involvement, and our focus on complimentary procedures, we can offer guidance, which will prevent disagreements escalating into costly disputes.
However, when a dispute between parties cannot be avoided P J English Associates can offer a full Dispute Resolution Service including Forensic Delay Analysis and Claims Management. Extension of Time, Quantum assessments and narratives, Disruption claims, Adjudication, Arbitration and Expert Witness.
