These are either caused by changes in what the customer wants, or by the day-to-day onsite working requirements. These changes can have implications in terms of time and money and must be managed in an efficient and professional manner.

P J English was established in 1986 as a Quantity Surveying Practice. However, due to the rapid increase in workload across the UK it soon became apparent that, in order to expand successfully, an increase in suitably qualified and experienced personnel was needed.

Consequently, the renamed company of P J English Associates was formed.

I am pleased to report that P J English Associates are now preparing for a further strategic phase of expansion with the intention of opening more offices throughout the UK.

To achieve our goals we will continue to build on our strengths where we have gained an enviable reputation for professional excellence.

PJ English Associates has a growing renown in the field of dispute resolution and can provide significant expertise in the fields of Adjudication, Mediation, Arbitration and Litigation.

As well as providing consultants for Commercial and Project Management, pre contract work, drafting and advising on contracts, Programming & Planning, Delay Analysis and Quantity Surveying, we can also be called upon to supply Expert Witness and CDM co-ordinators.
